Kikkoman heeft om aan de groeiende vraag in Europa te kunnen voldoen in oktober 1997 haar eerste brouwerij in Europa, Kikkoman Foods Europe B.V., geopend in het Nederlandse Sappemeer. Van hier uit worden Europa en andere delen van de wereld voorzien van natuurlijk gebrouwen sojasaus. Kikkoman’s Europese verkoopkantoor in Düsseldorf verkoopt onze producten via een breed netwerk van distributeurs aan klanten in de retail, foodservice en aan de levensmiddelenindustrie. Onze productielocatie maakt natuurlijk gebrouwen sojasaus en een toenemend aantal soorten oosterse sauzen.

To meet the growing demand in Europe, since October 1997 the first European brewery of Kikkoman, KIKKOMAN FOODS EUROPE B.V., opened in Sappemeer, the Netherlands. From here Europe and other parts of the world is supplied with naturally brewed soy sauce. Kikkoman's European sales office in Düsseldorf is distributing our products through a wide network of distributers to customers in retail, foodservice and to food manufacturing industries. Our production facility produces soy sauce and an increasing variety of other convenient Asian style sauces.
