About Svoboda

Svoboda supports suspects in the defense of their criminal case. We look at your case in detail and extract everything that is in it. We are the thorn in the flesh of the police and the judiciary. We look for the mistakes they made and confront them with them. We seek your innocence and we never give up.

During a case review, it often emerges that the investigating authorities have made major mistakes during the preliminary judicial investigation or that they deliberately omit exculpatory information from the case file, but that this is not noticed – at least insufficiently – by the lawyer of the suspect.

Svoboda only employs professionals with extensive experience in the criminal investigation. We now use our knowledge and experience to help our clients provide the best defense possible in court.

Svoboda also provides supporting paralegal services to law firms.

Our services:

Analyzing files and advising with regard to the deployed (tactical) investigative methods. Write a report on the method of verbalizing, checking references, assumptions and conclusions in a Quick Scan. Advising with regard to further research requirements to be submitted. Searching for exculpatory evidence in the investigation file. Checking / listening in on recorded phone calls and recorded conversations and possibly drawing up a counter-elaboration. Writing out alternative scenarios. Making a timeline with timeframes of orders. Assessing individual documents for validity, errors and mode of persuasion (conclusions vs. assumptions). Finding the (unlawful) investigative tricks that are often used to 'get things done'.
