Corporate criminal law is our core business. We handle financial, economic, environmental and tax crime cases on a daily basis, for companies and their management. We have also got specialists for criminal cases of a more general nature.

Every day, we advise companies and individuals on how to anticipate possible (or apparent) police or judicial attention. In the preparation for contacts with regulators, investigators and the Prosecution Service, we practice the interrogations with our clients. The right answer during an interview may be the difference between conviction or acquittal.

We advise clients who do not yet have any criminal law-related problems whatsoever and prefer to keep it that way. In doing so, we prevent the risks of criminal liability. We, for instance, assist companies in drafting internal corporate guidelines ensuring proper Corporate Governance.
