Graduates advancing to Professionalism (GAP) is a community of graduates supported by Human Resources and Office Management, that aims towards the personal development, professional training and social needs of Fluor’s employees up to 5 years of professional experience.
GAP aims to help young professionals to make the transition between the educational and corporate environments by familiarizing them with Fluor culture, goals and procedures as well as organizing social and networking events within and externally of Fluor Netherlands office (Amsterdam, Bergen op Zoom, and Rotterdam). This program is seen as a Fluor’s investment in its young employees
