O&G Financial Services provides consultancy services to (international) companies mainly active in the oil & gas, renewable energy and shipping industry. We are specialized in Project, Asset based and Corporate Finance and commit ourselves to explore your ideas and attract financing (equity & debt) for proposed investments or acquisitions. Also restructuring or helping you to prevent potentials issues with existing loans is our core activity. With our personal commitment, competence and network, we come up with creative solutions to tackle all kinds of financial, legal and operational challenges that occur before the deal is done. And after the deal is done we are happy to continue with arranging the processes to produce and monitor the information required by the bank and/or management. Due to the background of the founder, being an auditor (CPA), O&G Financial Services also offers help with coordinating financial and operational audits, special projects, management reporting and risk management.
