Think big, start small! Every journey starts with a first step. To me, that's the essence of product development. Define clearly where you want to go, take a first step, and check whether you're going in the right direction. If not, readjust.

As a Product Owner, guided by these principles, I help companies validate customer problems and come up with ambitious solutions. Next we define KPIs and an analytics framework, get a smallest possible version out in the market and validate the effectiveness. And while taking the next steps, we keep validating continuously.
