Marvin Pranger uses XTRKT as a 'working method'. Its name is derived from the verb 'to extract'; to derive from an experience. His mission is to show the world the power of creativity and to eliminate the misconceptions about creativity. Creativity at work is often being 'blocked' by business rules or management, which is unnecessary. By giving back or to increase the companies / individuals their Creative Confidence, it opens up a whole new world of possibilities such as problem solving and concept development. Creativity is a skill that can bring the boundary between the impossible and possible closer together if one continues to encourage, develop and especially do it with an element of fun.
