Vinum sets out to contribute to and stimulate cultural exchange between students in an innovative way. In our globalised world where anything goes, it is easy to lose track of the millennia of viticulture, passion and agricultural knowledge that make remarkable wines like a Bordeaux or Chianti. Vinum aspires to breathe new life into the appreciation of winemaking, aims to translate curiosity into passion, and recognizes the necessity to preserve culture and tradition.

By organising small-scale, cozy and inexpensive workshops, Vinum intends to offer a unique experience that is open to everyone. Through a combination of theory, tasting and discussion, four different wines and their respective wineries are studied, analysed and experienced to their fullest. Thus an atmosphere of cultural exchange is created, allowing participants to appreciate products from around the globe as well as reconnecting to the roots.
