UC Group is a Dutch interim and consultancy firm for supply chain and production. From our offices in Rotterdam and Nieuwkuijk, 70+ experienced professionals help organisations such as Philips, PostNL and Tata Steel — from advice to hands-on realisation on the shop floor.

We believe the current network economy requires novel solutions and forms of organisations. Organisations in which craftsmanship holds a central position and mutual trust is the cement to these organisations. To provide sustainable added value, innovation and entrepreneurship will need to be well embedded.
