Over Together At HTH

We are Together, a student led organisation that aim to popularise mental well-being and help students that need a shoulder to lean on in difficult times. The idea of “Together” is to pair a struggling student with another, willing to be their buddy, support them, have a shoulder to cry on, and give them practical advice from a student perspective. The buddy system aims not to offer professional mental support - because, of course, the students are not qualified for that - but to just be there for someone that needs another person who is experiencing the same thing as them (being a student at HTH).

By encouraging such interactions and connecting students, we aim to break the stigma of the mental health struggles and show people that need help, it is okay to search for it . We are here to offer this support and make everyone feel welcomed and heard.
