Tergar Randstad is part of the global Tergar meditation community. It is a not for profit organisation dedicated to making the ancient practice of meditation accessible to the modern world in an authentic manner. For centuries, the practice of meditation has been used by countless individuals to calm the mind and fully develop its inherent clarity and positive qualities. On the professional level, the scientific evidence is undisputed of the positive impact of meditation on productivity, effectiveness, health and happiness amongst others.
