SafeInside was founded in 2026 by an international student from NHL Stenden who understands the emotional challenges of living and studying far from home. We aim to support the mental well-being of international students in the Netherlands by offering easy-to-use self-help products that empower students to take care of their own emotional health at their own pace.

Our focus is on creating tools that help students build healthy habits, understand their feelings, and develop practical ways to manage stress and loneliness. Through simple and accessible products, we hope to make mental wellness feel less overwhelming and more approachable for anyone who needs it.

At SafeInside, we believe that caring for your mind should feel natural and comforting. We are here to provide gentle guidance and helpful resources so students can feel more balanced, more confident, and more connected with themselves while navigating life in a new country.
