Over Newgility

Newgility wants to help companies transform to adaptive organizations to be able to survive in the ever faster changing economical and technological developments. Change of mindset, structure and governance is necessary to survive in this age of digitalization, competition, globalization, blockchain, cloud, robots, Artificial Intelligence, big data and start-ups. In parallel we see the agile movement expanding bottom-up from within IT. We show executive boards and middle-management how they can anticipate to, and benefit from, scaling this bottom-up agile movement. We do this by utilizing ‘Scaled Agile Framework’ as a reference for structuring and governing the entire organization. Through advice, training, workshops and coaching of management and employees Newgility helps shaping the change. We use agile change-management to enable this.
