NavaTron B.V. is a boutique software and consulting studio based in The Hague, helping European governments and enterprises build sovereign, secure, and standards-based digital capabilities.

We combine senior architecture with hands-on delivery to ship technology that’s trustworthy, transparent, and maintainable, from cloud modernization and platform engineering to AI/LLM enablement and data pipelines. Our focus is practical: reduce risk, strengthen security, improve reliability, and deliver measurable outcomes without vendor lock-in.

Founded and led by Clemens Schotte (former Senior Program Manager at Microsoft), NavaTron brings 25+ years of experience across enterprise software, cloud, and program leadership. We work with CTOs, engineering leaders, and public-sector stakeholders through targeted reviews, build sprints, workshops, and fractional leadership.
