Over Licence to Capture

Since 2015, following my graduation in photography, I have worked under the name Licence to Capture. In September 2025, I officially founded my company under this name. The name is a playful reference to Licence to Kill from the James Bond franchise — not only reflecting my passion for film and storytelling, but also my professional background as a trained and experienced Film Stills Photographer.

I specialise primarily in Magic Photography, Film Stills, and Theatre photography. In addition, I have extensive experience in portrait photography, live events, and architecture.

Over the past few years, I have had the privilege of working with: - BBC and Burning Bright Productions on the documentary Better Off Dead featuring Liz Carr - Sir Ian McKellen and Peter Schaufuss for the theatre production of Hamlet in Edinburgh - Hans Klok for Hans Klok & Friends - The Nederlandse Magische Unie for recurring magic events - Ellen ten Damme for her theatre production Hete Kerst

I'm also the main photographer for Olivier Henning.

Through Licence to Capture, I aim to visually translate performance, storytelling, and atmosphere into powerful imagery that supports artists, productions, and creative brands.
