The installations and products are build in orbital welded stainless steel or plastics under clean room conditions and they are supplied to OEM’s and final customers in the Semiconductor-, Solar-, Opto-LED-, Nuclear- and Pharmaceutical industries, as well as to R&D facilities, Universities and the High Tech Industry in all its’ forms.
