I started Kevenaar Consultants in 2007 because I saw and still see a growing need for context-specific consultancy to senior management on the issues that they encounter daily. Many of these are located on the intersection of Strategy, Business and ICT-related change initiatives. Often, organizational (structural) aspects also play an eminent role. The activities of Kevenaar Consultants deal without exception with improving and rationalising the organisation and its projects. Dealing with the complexity of the different prevailing projects and getting them back on track after the inevitable roadblocks occur. Within the organisation and often outside it. In the role of management consultant or program manager, but always ensuring that the organisation is being further enabled for the future. By using a valid business case, strong focus on strategy and management, a structural approach and cooperation of key staff involved, project assurance is assured. With use of clear timelines, reporting tools and responsibilities.
