We believe that a gender balanced music industry can become a reality and strive to help achieve that goal.

Our mission is to empower female and gender minorities singers, songwriters and producers, through free education and networking opportunities.

We organise free online seminars, and the attendees to our network of strong and inspiring womxn in the music industry, who share share their skills, knowledge and experience about diverse topics.

We connect and offer networking opportunities during our event, and through our Featuring Females facebook group.

We also showcase the music of the participants, in a Demo Drop format and give professional feedback with a panel of experts.
