A code can be seen as a set of rules that are accepted as general principles or how you should behave. Something that is accepted and used by society or a group of people.

This code or norm isn't inclusive and shouldn't be the one we follow nowadays. It is time (long overdue) for change. ​ So I say: “Let’s crack the code, break down the system and build an inclusive society.” A society where every individual is accepted, respected and celebrated.
