Over Coasters: Stichting Leiden University College Bar

Coasters is the Student bar located on the first floor of Leiden University College the Hague. It is completely run by students with over 50 voluntary student bartenders. Hosting around 200 events annually, it forms the social hub for Leiden University College students and residents.

Functions within the foundation are bartender, floor manager and board member. Bartenders receive responsible bartending trainings and have experience working shifts during busy parties. Floor managers are responsible for the bartenders working on shift and receive extra trainings. Board members are responsible for the operational and financial side of the foundation and are incharge of organising events, training staff and communication with the university.
