I operate at the intersection of energy systems, IT/OT integration and data platforms. Where physical assets, digital systems and organisational complexity come together. This is where transformation becomes challenging, but also where real impact is made.

Over the past years, I have been involved in large-scale digitalisation programs within international energy environments, most recently at RWE. There, I contributed to the integration of many distributed renewable energy assets (including wind, solar and battery storage) into a centralized monitoring and control ecosystem, aligning IT, OT, data and infrastructure domains across a complex multi-vendor landscape.

My work focuses on bringing structure and control to these environments. I translate strategy into execution by aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies and ensuring predictable delivery. Whether it concerns IT/OT integration, data platforms or enterprise reporting, I make complexity manageable and systems work together.

I combine system-level thinking with a hands-on approach, operating at program level while staying close to execution. My leadership style is pragmatic and people-centered, creating clarity, ownership and momentum in complex environments.

A key theme in my work is system flexibility. As renewable energy grows, balancing production, consumption and data-driven decision-making becomes critical. I work where real-time data, integration and operational reliability come together to enable more flexible and future-ready energy systems.
