About Zorggroep Almere

Zorggroep Almere is dé zorgaanbieder van Almere. We bieden eerstelijnsgezondheidszorg via een netwerk van gezondheidscentra en ouderenzorg in woonzorgcentra. We hebben een centrum voor revalidatie en onze wijkverpleegkundigen bieden mensen thuis de zorg die ze nodig hebben. Dit kunnen we doen dankzij de inzet van zo’n 2.200 medewerkers en enkele honderden vrijwilligers. Bij alles wat we doen staat de cliënt centraal.
