Yukimono was born out of love for beautiful fabrics, exotic cultures and ancient artisanal craftsmanship. In a world of mass production we have a passion for pieces that have stories behind them. Stories about culture, craftsmanship and creativity.

It is therefore our mission to help preserve heritage textile crafts and keep it relevant in modern, everyday life. By blending traditional craftsmanship with a modern aesthetic we give our customers the opportunity to experience and appreciate the timeless beauty of ethnic textiles.

We are a Dutch brand, based in Amsterdam and work with talented artisans, often family-owned businesses, that have unique skills developed over generations. The fabrics they produce have an incredible aesthetic and are incomparable to anything that is machine-produced.

Our collection of women’s kimono robes is made of authentic cotton ikat woven on wooden looms by Balinese artisans. We pay close attention to every detail. All our handmade pieces have amazing colors and patterns and are designed and crafted to become our customer's personal treasure.
