Association of Homeowners for 31 apartments, founded to set and maintain cooperative interests for there shared building and surroundings. The board contains three members : president, secretor, treasurer, all are owners themselves and are administrative supported by Intrema. Al the members control the board via the "ALV". The "ALV" is the platform where, agenda based, all issues and problems can be discussed. When needed actions will be determent set by the board. The main building is situated as close as possible in Almere to multipurpose water "De Hoge Vaart". The sights on this water and its possible activities is the main reason for most home owners to life in the Renoirstraat complexes (e.g. rowing, walk the dog, enjoy the nature surroundings, see boots, ships and yachts passing by). "De Hoge Vaart" crosses through the whole Provence Flevoland and is conected to "De Lage Vaart" via two sluices. Together these "Vaarten" perform the necessary water management. "De Hoge Vaart" connects to "IJselmeer" via "De Blocq van Kuffeler"; with a branche to "Veluwemeer" via sluice-gate "Lovink" and to "Ketelmeer" via sluice-gate "Colijn".
