About Underdogs

Underdogs works closely together with the Dutch government in addressing the growing need for IT-personnel, whilst simultaneously combating unemployment and criminality.

Refugees, people with autism, prisoners, but also youth who got dealt a bad hand at life are educated in IT to a level comparable to that of a bachelor’s degree. We also work with our own in-house professionals. They make use of projects from the market to educate our Underdogs, whilst simultaneously ensuring the quality of our work.

This allows for us to be cheap and good, but also socially responsibly
