Thor Consulting is a consulting partner dedicated to powering nuclear projects through expertise and delivery. We strengthen project capability by mobilising consulting experts and project teams who work directly within client organisations to deliver measurable outcomes.

Our work spans the entire nuclear lifecycle, supporting programmes in new build, SMR, decommissioning, waste management, operations, defence and fusion. We partner with programme owners, operators and integrators to provide the leadership, capability and structure needed to achieve project objectives on scope, schedule and safety.

At the core of our approach is the Powering Nuclear Projects community, a virtual bench of consulting experts who have delivered across some of the world’s most complex nuclear programmes. Drawn from projects such as Olkiluoto 3, Barakah, Hinkley Point C and Vogtle, this community enables us to assemble trusted professionals quickly and integrate them seamlessly into client delivery teams.

Our consulting model is supported by an internal project management function that provides alignment, coordination and performance oversight across every assignment. This ensures delivery remains consistent with client milestones while maintaining transparency, quality and pace.
