About Think GreyT

Think GreyT is a company that works towards a greyter world in which awareness causes minds to open. And connections are created by seeing through listening and understanding through questioning. Grey thinking is consciously open minded approaching people and situations, which is the foundation of all Think GreyT has to offer.

Lisette van Putten is founder of Think GreyT and creator of grey thinking. She's a social skills teacher and coach and believes an open mind is the beginning to a better understanding of others and yourself.

Think GreyT offers GreyTeaching. The classes, courses and workshops taught, created and developed by Lisette all students and participants learn about topics like communication, sociology, group dynamics and diversity & inclusion. They not only learn how to think grey and how to use it, but also other important social and study skills. The classes and workshops are often based on experience based learning, sharing different perspectives and being challenged to translate your lessons learned into new habits straight away. All from a place of safety, comfort & trust.

Think GreyT also creates GreyThinkers through coaching for individuals and teams from the basic concept of grey thinking. Personal leadership, limiting beliefs and perfectionism are a few of the topis my coachees were able to battle and deal with. In teams I aim to uncover and break toxic patterns, and (re)build the team from a place of authenticity, transparency and trust. My coaching style is a combination of being a non-judgmental listener, speaking the truth, asking moving questions, topped of with some tough love and humor, also from a place of safety, comfort and trust.
