About The Sanctuary

The Sensuality Sanctuary is a growing community in Amsterdam dedicated to helping women reconnect with themselves in a deeper and more embodied way. Through thoughtfully curated gatherings, including monthly women’s circles, retreats, and immersive experiences, we bring together practices such as breathwork, somatic movement, meditation, and sound to create spaces for reflection, emotional awareness, and authentic connection. At its core, the Sanctuary exists to support women in stepping out of constant performance and pressure, and into a more grounded form of self-leadership rooted in presence, creativity, and inner wisdom. By blending community, wellbeing, and personal development, we are cultivating a space where women can reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and one another.
