The Pancake Effect is the trade name for the business of Ger Pannekoek. Through The Pancake Effect, I contribute to concrete solutions for the worlds' water challenges. The Pancake Effect is about making (unusual) connections, networking and building partnerships. It's about providing an honest and critical advice, while not being afraid to rock the boat or think out of the box. It's about bringing projects to a good end, with a focus on long-term impact rather than short-term results. Moreover, I use my large network and knowledge about the water sector to help companies bring their innovative water solutions to the market. Above all, I put loads of energy in everything I do and always try to have fun!
