Wij bieden een abonnement waarbij apparatuur, service en beheer, de server, programmatuur en bijbehorende licenties is inbegrepen. Het systeem draait op first class locatie in een soort beveiligde cloud. Je hebt alleen werkstation(s) en verbinding naar deze cloud nodig. Installatie, service en beheer geschied volgens afgesproken SLA. Tevens werken wij nauw samen met het gespecialiseerde Medisch Service Centrum Naast. Zij kunnen jouw organisatie met Telecare ondersteunen.
