Boutique in strategy consulting and corporate finance services, started in 1985 as IMCG (Investment Management & Consulting Group), founding member of the international M&A network Globalscope. With an entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical capabilities we support large corporations, private equity investors and medium sized companies in important strategic decisions, business development, international expansion and restructurings. With our network we cover a broad range of sectors and more than half of our engagements are crossborder or with international scope. Over the last five years we closed more than 25 transactions.
