De Stichting Muziek Jong voor Oud organiseert sinds 2007 jaarlijks vele concerten en workshops in zorginstellingen. Daarnaast begeleidt en ondersteunt de stichting jonge musici om hun eigen artistieke identiteit op kwalitatief hoog niveau te ontwikkelen. Muziek Jong voor Oud wil kwetsbare ouderen, burgers en anderen op een laagdrempelige wijze cultuur laten beleven, waardoor beide partijen iets voor elkaar kunnen betekenen en mét elkaar kunnen genieten van muziek, af en toe aangevuld met andere kunstvormen.
