We are the StepUp Team Foundation, a group of professionals united by a shared mission: to support women from diverse cultural backgrounds in finding employment opportunities that match their aspirations and qualifications.

Our goal is to help these women recognize their strengths, build confidence, expand their networks, and gain a deeper understanding of the Dutch labor market.

We believe that everyone, regardless of their background, deserves a chance to thrive and improve their quality of life in their new home.
