About Smitty.ai

We are the first sustainable AI chatbot in the Netherlands. We offer a platform where chatbots can be easily created based on AI techniques. This means that no Q&A or complex business rules need to be programmed. The only thing required is data that needs to be uploaded into Smitty.ai. With this, the chatbot is trained and can then answer questions related to it. Data can include product information, FAQ, services, how-tos, user manuals, etc. We also provide the option to control the AI based on personality, allowing it to behave more like sales, support, a teacher, or an assistant that answers questions. The platform is developed as SaaS software, making it easy to get started without programming knowledge.

The chatbot can be added to a website, intranet, or Slack. We provide the code and support in the SaaS environment to add this.
