Prometheus Capital is the University of Amsterdam (UvA) & Amsterdam’s leading student-run investment association, founded at the University of Amsterdam.

We operate with institutional-grade aim across three desks: Equity, Research, and Quantitative, giving our 85+ active analysts real exposure to the frameworks, tools, and processes that define professional finance.

Our work spans equity research notes, quantitative strategies and macroeconomic, FICC analysis, through Equity Research Notes and FICC, ECM, DCM macroeconomic Weekly Market Radars and thematic reviews.

Our mission is simple: turn learning into action. We equip students with the skills, rigor, and experience to compete at the highest levels, preparing them for careers in Equity Research, Investment Banking, ECM, Wholesale Banking, and Commodity Markets.
