I'm a one man company at the moment but partnered with some valuable companies that can provide experts in the fields I work in. It is my believe this creates utmost flexibilty while serving the requirements of my clients now and in the future. I've worked national and international in both 'steady state'​ and 'turn-around'​ environments. As a people manager with experience from hands-on to ultimate responsible I can operate in line management, project management and staff functions. I have a thorough knowledge of a large part of the value chain, from proposals/calculation through execution and stakeholder management to delivery and service. My drive is to get the job (successfully) done. Concrete results I achieved include: - Cost savings by successfully automating engineering, estimating and workshop management for an offshore service company, - Securing a major defense contract by implementing proven production and product quality improvements, - successful reorganization of a department for production planning, - On time and within budget delivery of a prototype airplane horizontal stabiliser, - Contract negotiations and successful transfer of a (military) production package worth $ 150M, - Executing various projects, interim and crisis management assignments to the satisfaction of customers and clients, - Cost savings creating awareness and initialising culture change by creating and implementing a process and system for operational risk management in a multinational
