About Ozyntel

Ozyntel is an international social knowledge enterprise: we turn quality scientific research and lived experience into practical intelligence for organisations navigating climate, democracy, and systemic crises. By “social knowledge enterprise” we mean a mission‑driven organisation that creates, curates, and operationalises knowledge for public and planetary benefit, using collective intelligence methods and ethically‑trained AI.

Our work has focuses on three things: - Making transformation science usable in signature action strategies and real decisions, not just as pretty blueprints/frameworks in reports and journals. - Designing therapeutic transformations that address systemic injustice, burnout, moral injury, and governance debt as systemic problems, not individual failures. - Building collective intelligence infrastructures – action research, “health checks”, and ethically‑trained AI – that help organisations see patterns, test strategies, and navigate tractionable transformation through surrounding turbulence and breakdown.

We partner with NGOs, impact ventures, research institutes, universities, cities, and public‑interest alliances who are serious about: - tackling mis/disinformation & fragmentation with evidence and method, not slogans, - aligning strategy with planetary boundaries, social justice, and organisational wellbeing, and - investing in the capacity to think systemically and act collectively.

With our unique action research approach, we co-discover, design and implement intelligence solutions, strategizing and guiding therapeutic transformations at team, organisational, and societal levels. Our emerging Intelligence Platform, Action Research & Organisational Transformation practice work together: diagnostics, decision tools, and embedded guidance that help leaders navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder transformations for people and planet.
