Own Way Coaching is gevestigd in Bezuidenhout, Den Haag, en biedt Focused Life Coaching diensten op het gebied van: persoonlijke ontwikkeling, hooggevoeligheid (HSP, HSS), specifieke job coaching, 2e/3e generatie oorlogsproblematiek en lifestyle (voeding, fitness, eetproblematiek). Coaching is zowel gericht op particulieren (1-op-1 en koppels) als op medewerkers van bedrijven en organisaties.

Ik bied via verschillende manieren coaching aan: coaching-as-a-service; e-coaching, inbelspreekuur, actief (b.v., wandelen, hardlopen), sessies in mijn praktijkruimte. Het resultaat staat voorop. De vorm waarin is secundair en pas ik aan naar de wensen van mijn cliënten.

Coaching is aimed at individuals (1-to-1 and couples) as well as employees of companies and organizations.

I offer coaching in various ways: coaching-as-a-service; e-coaching, phone consultation hours, active (e.g., walking, running), sessions in my consult room. The end result is key. The coaching format is of secondary interest. As such I adjust my way of working to the clients' preferences.
