“Executive coaching addresses the individual’s issues and needs within the context of the day to day realities of the organisation and business situation.”

Through focused coaching programs of between 6 and 8 sessions, I work with clients to explore their hidden strengths and untap their leadership potential. Perhaps they just want to ‘’chew the fat’’ on a business challenge, or work on self awareness, or confidence.

We explore what lies behind their challenges and what behaviours they want to change or develop. I hold a safe space for them to do their best quality thinking, for reflection and experimentation. I support, challenge, and provide my insights, to help clients come up with the best solution for their situation. When we are successful they emerge as more authentic, effective leaders. What makes me different from other coaches that deliver this kind of coaching?

A Brit living in the Netherlands for the last 11 years, I bring much experience of corporate life to my coaching practice. Over my 35 years of full time employment, I have lived and worked in the US, UK and Continental Europe, operating in multinationals and start ups. I have successfully managed P&Ls, consulted at the C suite level, and led large teams in excess of 100 people.

My emotional intelligence is extremely high, meaning that I have an uncanny knack of understanding people and what makes them tick. People find me humorous and warm and generous of spirit. A great listener, I quickly put people at ease, although I am outspoken confident, and challenging.

I am a bold but empathetic, ‘real’ person that is passionate about people! I dare leaders to develop.
