Through software (licensable) and real-world infrastructure, we connect parking with last-mile transport in a single customer journey, making smart parking the starting point of sustainable travel.

Infrastructure & Hubs We develop and operate MOBIHUBS — transfer locations that integrate parking with last-mile mobility. These can also be delivered white-label, enabling customised solutions for cities, venues, and private partners.

Partnerships With Municipalities MOBIAN has collaborated on initiatives such as Park + Switch (Amsterdam) and Park + Beach (The Hague), providing the technical infrastructure that lets travellers pre-book parking including last mile options.

Software (MOBIHOUSE) MOBIHOUSE is our modular, licensable platform that lets partners choose the features they need — from booking and invoicing to billing, dynamic pricing, or the full end-to-end stack. Easily deployed via API, deeplink, or white-label, MOBIHOUSE also supports use cases beyond mobility. By separating the software layer from operations, partners can adopt MOBIHOUSE without competing with MOBIAN as an operator.

Operations (B2C) Alongside B2B and B2G partnerships, MOBIAN also operates directly in cities and at events offering parking combined with last-mile tickets. This proves our technology in practice and continually refines the products we deliver to partners.

Our Story Founded in 2017 in the airport parking business, MOBIAN built its own software platform, which has since evolved into MOBIHOUSE — a scalable mobility backbone now powering projects worldwide.
