Mithrion is an AI based fitness coach with a physiological audit underneath. It reads your body from two photos, scores it, and builds a training protocol from the root causes, not a category. Elite coaching, outgrown.

How it works: Upload two photos. Mithrion maps over 100 anatomical landmarks, returns a 100-point Composite Body Score (posture, body composition, muscle balance), and builds workouts, corrective drills, and nutrition from what the audit finds. Every month you re-audit and the protocol recalibrates. A living coach, not a one-time assessment.

Who it's for: Engineers, founders, executives, and high-performers who sit for a living and have been let down by generic fitness apps, output-only trackers, and questionnaire-based tools that never named the cause. If you've been through the GP, the gym program, the wearable, and the forum thread, and none of it could see what's actually loading you, Mithrion is built for you.
