MIND means Military Innovation by Doing and you will find this way of working in our DNA.

MIND is the innovation centre of Commando Materieel en IT (COMMIT) for the Ministry of Defence in the Netherlands, and supports COMMIT in strengthening her innovative capabilities. MIND focuses on both technological and social innovation, assigns budget to promising ideas, and strengthens and develops partnerships in the field of innovation both inside and outside of the Ministry of Defence.

MIND consists of a diverse team both with civilians and military personnel that have knowledge of and experience in technological and operational developments, working with large cooperations, knowledge institutes and startups.
