M² Real Estate was founded by Michiel van den Bout and Mithat van Maanen, both highly experienced specialized advisors with a combined working experience of over 35 years. They formally held leading commercial positions as advisors, developers and investors at international advisory firms Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE and Goodman which truly allows them to add value to any logistics and industrial real estate transaction.

This experience combined with their passion for the market allows M² Real Estate to have a unique role and understanding of the logistics and industrial real estate market.
