WHY do we do what we do? At LOT61 we are more than just a coffee bar, we are educators, innovators, and specialists in lowering the carbon footprint from seed to cup. We are on a mission to become a circular coffee brand in every aspect of our field, and we get one step closer every day through the use of reusable/easily recyclable products and natural resources (i.e. materials, energy, and water). This journey is in our DNA, and we are passionate about building the best relationships possible, while roasting deliciously addicting coffee in many different blends.
