About Lions Club Maastricht Mondial

Lions Club Maastricht Mondial (LCMM) is a non-profit organisation (under the Lions Club International umbrella). LCMM is one of the few English-speaking clubs in the Netherlands, and consists of 11 different nationalities and 72% of the club are non-Dutch. The LCMM's main objective is to raise funds to support local and international charitable causes. We organize several key events during the year, one of which is the International MayFair, which brings expats and locals together to mix and mingle for a day at a unique location within Limburg. During the MayFair there is usually an auction or a raffle, from which the proceeds will be donated to a good cause. Another event that is becoming a trademark is the Lions Gala. The main beneficiary for the proceeds of the Gala is usually announced prior to the event and last year it has benefited the Children's department of the AZM hospital in Maastricht.
