About Leiden Leadership Programme

The Leiden Leadership Programme (15 EC) is a one-year extra-curricular honours programme in which master's students from Leiden University, TU Delft and Erasmus University Rotterdam participate in lectures and trainings. Students apply the acquired knowledge and skills in a practical assignment at an organisation. Students thus learn to make an impact in practice.

The programme, for which international students can also apply, starts in November and ends in June.

LLP Core Objectives: 🔹 Master Leadership Theories & Practice – Gain in-depth insights into leadership models and their real-world applications across disciplines. 🔹 Make Strategic Decisions – Learn to navigate complex leadership challenges with a strong ethical, social, and scientific foundation. 🔹 Lead with Impact – Develop your ability to inspire and drive positive change in organizations and society. 🔹 Lifelong Growth – Build a solid foundation for continuous leadership development throughout your career. 🔹 Expand Your Network – Connect with top leaders, professionals, and like-minded peers to create valuable career opportunities.

The programme includes: ✅ LLP Essentials (5 EC) – Core leadership foundations. ✅ Leadership Lab (4 EC) – Hands-on experience in real leadership challenges. ✅ Two Electives (each 3 EC) – Tailor the programme to your interests
