Korfbalschool Grou heeft als doel om spelers van verschillende clubs met evenveel talent en kwaliteit bij elkaar te brengen. Hierdoor kan er van elkaar geleerd worden en kan er op hetzelfde niveau getraind worden. Hierdoor merken spelers dat ze sneller groeien dan bij hun club waar het niveau vaak verder uit elkaar ligt.
