Description: The managing part: At the moment Jillis Jacobs is operating as freelancer to manage a roll out for a Dutch unique retail concept in Europe. This roll out includes, to open and manage new locations every week. These locations are located at number one retail sites in Europe. During the opening, the new sites will be checked on the construction and concept elements. The local staff will also be trained according the company policy. Jillis is also in search of new potential locations around Europe in order to achieve the expansion goal of this retail concept. The creating part: Jillis Jacobs is creating innovative food retail concepts in niche markets of the Netherlands. The concepts will be realized as stores in retail area's. Besides this, Jillcobs is also involved in food product development.
