Zero Waste Did you know that one third of all food produced for human consumption is lost or wasted? In a world where almost one billion people go hungry, this is an excessive amount. These food losses represent a waste of our resources such as land, water, energy and other inputs that went into producing our food. Many fruits ans vegetables are wasted because they don't fit the 'perfect quality standards. Jacob's wants to celebrate these misfits by turning these 'imperfect'​ fruit and vegetables into delicious healthy juices and other honest products.
