About JAA Training Organisation

The JAA Training Organisation (JAA TO) is a Dutch non-profit organisation and the Associated Body of the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC). JAA TO has a history of 50+ years training the aviation industry and national authorities on regulations in the air transport sector. JAA TO is the European Training Centre of Excellence (TCE) in Europe, recognised by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and an Airports Council International (ACI) Accredited Training Partner.

JAA TO schedules more than 300 training courses annually on topics such as Safety, Security, Drones, SAR, Dangerous Goods, Airworthiness, Aerodromes and Management. Within the aviation industry, JAA TO offers a platform to learn and exchange views on latest regulatory developments. In addition, JAA TO provides advisory services, knowledge solutions, training consultancy and assistance with capacity-building for (aviation) training departments.

Our highly qualified instructors and SMEs have extensive and current experience working for renowned authorities or industry organisations and/or universities throughout Europe.

JAA TO's headquarters are based in the Amsterdam area, near Schiphol International Airport, in the Netherlands.

Accreditations: * JAA TO is Europe's first ICAO Platinum Training Centre of Excellence * JAA TO is an ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS Programme (TPP) Member since its inception; the CEO is the duly elected ICAO TPSC Chairwoman for second consecutive term (2022-2026) * JAA TO is an ACI Accredited Training Partner * JAA TO is an IATA Competency Training & Assessment Centre of Excellence * JAA TO is an EASA-Approved Ramp Inspection Training Organisation (RITO) * JAA TO is certified as National Security Training Centre for Aviation Security Courses by the Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security * JAA TO received Europe's first EASA approval for EASA Part-IS Training (EASA ED Decision) * JAA TO is registered under the Dutch Central Register Short Vocational Education (CRKBO)
